Terms of Service

Last updated: June 4, 2026

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Roman Shostak LLC, the company that operates LeadFilter AI (“LeadFilter AI,” “we,” “us”), and govern your access to and use of the LeadFilter AI website, dashboard, and screening API (together, the “Service”).

01 The agreement

By creating an account, generating an API key, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you accept them on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service is intended for business and professional use by customers aged 18 or older. It is not directed to consumers or to children.

If you have signed a separate written agreement with LeadFilter AI (for example, an enterprise agreement or master services agreement), that agreement governs to the extent it conflicts with these terms. Our Privacy Policy and any Data Processing Addendum are incorporated into these terms by reference.

02Accounts & trials

  • You're responsible for your account, your API keys, and all activity that occurs under them. Keep your credentials and key secrets confidential — a key secret is shown only once at creation and cannot be retrieved later.
  • The Growth plan offers a 14-day free trial with no card required, available once per account. Starter and Business are paid plans billed monthly.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. We may refuse, limit, or reclaim accounts or trials that appear to be duplicated, automated, or created to evade limits or prior enforcement.
  • Notify us promptly at support@leadfilter.zsetup.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or keys.

03 Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

  • Submit content you have no right to process, or use the Service to unlawfully profile, discriminate against, or make decisions about individuals in violation of applicable law.
  • Use screening output as the sole basis for a decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on a person without meaningful human review.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring model, circumvent quotas or rate limits, probe or disrupt the Service, or access it other than through the documented API and dashboard.
  • Resell, sublicense, or expose the raw API to third parties except as expressly permitted in writing.
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable export, sanctions, anti-spam, privacy, or data-protection laws.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required notices or consents to submit lead content to the Service. We may suspend or limit access to investigate suspected violations or to protect the Service or third parties.

04 Nature of the Service

LeadFilter provides a screening signal — a spam-likelihood score, a verdict, and a short reason. It is decision-support, not a decision-maker.

  • Output is generated by automated, probabilistic machine-learning models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. We do not warrant that any score, verdict, reason, or category is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
  • LeadFilter does not determine whether a lead is valuable; that judgment is yours. A needs_review verdict signals low confidence by design.
  • The Service never deletes, rejects, or contacts leads on your behalf — your workflow decides what happens to each result.
  • You are responsible for reviewing output before acting on it and for keeping a human in the loop for any consequential decision. The Service is not legal, financial, employment, credit, or compliance advice.

05Your data & content

You retain ownership of the lead content you submit and the results tied to your account. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide, secure, support, and maintain the Service for you, and as otherwise permitted by these terms.

We do not use your lead content to train or improve our or any third party's machine-learning models. Lead content is sent to our classification provider only to return your screening result.

Where you submit personal data of individuals through the Service, you act as the controller and LeadFilter AI acts as your processor. That processing is governed by our Data Processing Addendum (DPA), available on request at support@leadfilter.zsetup.com, and described in the Privacy Policy.

06Plans & billing

  • Paid plans are measured in lead checks per month, not seats or credits: Starter (100), Growth (500), and Business (2,000) lead checks per billing period. A successful accepted analysis counts as one lead check; requests rejected before analysis (auth, validation, or quota failures) do not.
  • Fees are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and are stated exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes on our net income.
  • Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods or unused lead checks.
  • Exceeding your monthly allowance may pause screening until the next cycle or an upgrade. If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, we may suspend screening (the API returns HTTP 402) until the account is brought current.
  • Pricing shown on the site is in preview and may change before general availability; we will give notice of price changes that affect an active paid subscription before they take effect.

07 Availability

We work to keep the Service available and performant, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. Planned maintenance and occasional disruptions may occur, and we may modify or discontinue features. We do not offer a contractual uptime service-level agreement (SLA) at this stage; any SLA would be offered only under a separate written agreement.

08Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of screening output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will not exceed the total fees you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, certain statutory or consumer-protection rights, or liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct). You agree to indemnify and hold LeadFilter AI harmless from claims arising out of your content or your use of the Service in breach of these terms or applicable law.

09 Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service or third parties.

After termination, you can request export of account-associated data by contacting support@leadfilter.zsetup.com. Stored raw lead text is removed in line with the retention controls described in the Privacy Policy; normalized results and operational records may be retained as described there and as required for legal, security, and accounting purposes.

10Governing law, changes & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

We may update these terms; we will communicate material changes and update the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Questions or legal notices can be sent to support@leadfilter.zsetup.com or to Roman Shostak LLC, Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (commercial licence no. 2429518.01).
